about me

 head due north

Once I became a mom to Addy (2019) and Henry (2021), I felt like I got to join this (not-so) secret club of people that have an even firmer grasp of how quickly time moves. It's not only the mental load of being a parent, organizing all the things, scrambling to stay on top of said things, and trying to be wholly present for as much of it as possible - it's also that these tiny humans seem to grow two inches and receive software upgrades every time we blink that makes time feel like this elusive thief. I feel like my kiddos were napping in my arms yesterday, but they were actually playing air drums, jamming to the Beatles with me on the way to summer camp and I feel like it'll only be two blinks before one of them is sitting in the front seat with me belting out ballads on the way to school.

My point is - it's going by so fast. You know this. You feel it in your bones. Whether it's our crazy schedules or simply our growing families - time keeps thieving away. My job, as your family photographer, is the very best one. I get to help you freeze those snuggly and playful moments for the history books. The hand-reach, the cheek rub, the baby head sniff, the goober and toddler smirks - your story - all captured for your nostalgia. For you, and for your babes.

let me be your storyteller
